Sandra Baron, President

With over thirty years experience in the industry, Sandra brings to Construction Services Group, Inc. her extensive knowledge and expertise in all phases of retail construction, including design/build, retail corporate environment and store fixturing manufacturing.

Beginning in 1967 as a Project Manager at Frank B. Curry Company, an Architectural Millwork firm with such clients as Howard Johnson's, Red Coach Grille, Jordan Marsh and Filenes's; she moved on in 1976 opening "World Wide Stereo," a retail franchise.

In 1980 Sandra accepted a position at Nature Food Centers as Director of Construction and was with the firm until 1986 when Construction Planning and Management (CPM) offered her the position of Director of Purchasing where she was responsible for all construction related materials to provide a turn-key project for retail clients.

In November of 1992, Sandra formed Construction Services Group, Inc., a general contracting firm servicing the retail industry.

Robert Serbin, National Account Manager

A management specialist with over 20 years of senior management retail experience working for KORET in the position of Vice President, Retail Group. Responsible for opening over 100 outlet and mall stores including leasing, design, construction, remodels and store operations.

Bob's extensive experience with all aspects of building stores nationally provides our management team and customers a unique "customer service" added value.

Graduate of the University of San Francisco, Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior.

Robert J. Yett, National Account Manager

A veteran of retail interior construction, Bob began his career in the sixties when he managed interior construction for Bradlees, Stop and Shop and MediMart stores in MA and CT. In 1983 Bob founded High Tech Interiors, Inc. and developed an extensive client portfolio and industry reputation for innovation and performance. High Tech Interior's national clients included leading retailers B. Dalton, The Body Shop, Filenes's. JC Pennys, T.J. Maxx, & The Limited Corp.

Bob's background and expertise in all aspects of retail construction and value engineering provide our customers a wealth of knowledge and resources.

Wayne Tarr, Operations Manager

Wayne brings to CSG over 28 years of construction experience with a background in all phases of construction. Beginning in 1977 as a carpenter for a west coast general contractor, Wayne moved on in 1983 to a high end architectural firm specializing in residential and commercial construction, from breaking ground to intricate finish carpentry.

In 1990, Wayne started his own construction firm, Wayne Tarr General Contracting where he headed the estimating phase and managed all phases of remodeling and new construction. Joining CSG in 1995 as a construction supervisor, Wayne quickly moved up in 1996 to Operations Manager where he oversees multiple retail fit-ups and commercial construction projects. Wayne works closely and establishes relations with all CSG's clients, subcontractors, building officials and material suppliers.

Bruce D. Canonico, Site Supervisor

As our 'man on the ground' on the West Coast, Bruce brings over 25 years experience in the construction industry to the table. He has been licensed in Massachusetts and New York and currently holds a California Contractor's License.

Growing up in a family owned glazing company, Bruce has owned a cabinet business, a remodeling company, and a full service general contracting firm. He has worked in the trades and spent most of the past 20 years managing projects ranging from $100K Tenant Improvements to $20M+ Class A office buildings.

A resident of Southern California for the past 14 years, Bruce is familiar with the specific requirements of building in California and his attention to detail assures CSG, Inc's clients of compliance as well as excellence in their finished projects.
